International Sustainable Development

The One Community goal is to demonstrate, inspire, and open source and free-share what is necessary to facilitate exponential growth of international sustainable development. For this to happen we believe a working model with widespread appeal must be created. We are designing it to be affordable, applicable across a diversity of cultures, easily accessible, created so that people with average knowledge and little or no experience can duplicate it, and with a marketing engine capable of exposing enough people to build the necessary momentum for it to continue on its own.

This infrastructure includes 7 eco-artistic themed village prototypes, the SEGO Center City Hub, sustainable food production for 100’s, and 100% off-the-grid energy production. It also includes emotional sustainability components like education and a rich holistic recreation model.

Our goal in combining these components, making them globally available, easily duplicable, and affordable is to facilitate the exponential growth of self-replicating teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities that we will help create all over the world. In doing this we believe we will provide the necessary steps for enough people to be able to become involved to reach a “tipping point” that will move the entire human organism into a new Golden Age of global collaboration, cooperation, innovation, creativity, and peace.

SUMMARY

One Community is about moving beyond a model solution, and building a solution creating model. We see this as a regenerative and more effective strategy for international sustainable development because One Community is not designed as just one solution, but rather a creator of modular sustainability components including everything from sustainable food, sustainable energy, and sustainable and duplicable eco-housing to recreation, education,  fulfilled living practices and social architecture. We believe that if we make each piece of One Community easy to duplicate, free to access, and well-known, people will start to build their own prototype infrastructures and establish a new Golden Age founded on self-sufficient teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities following our lead.
